The motion to approve the pay-to-participate fees was made by Ellen Kramer, seconded by Eva O'Mara and recorded as carried, Yea:3, Nay:0, Absent:2.
Board materials supplied a three‑year historical summary and staff told the board the district had been managing overall fee impacts by offsetting capped amounts through the General Fund. The vote authorizes the posted fee rates for the 2025–26 school year.
