The board approved a slate of service and partnership agreements for the 2025–2026 school year, including the 2025–2026 SR Trans School Transportation Agreement, the ESC Positive Education Program (PEP) placement agreement for students with specialized needs, and a Cleveland Hearing and Speech agreement for services. The motions were bundled in the superintendent recommendations and carried unanimously after routine motions moved by Tish Kwiatkowski and seconded by Ellen Kramer.
The packet included a separate Memorandum of Understanding and a multi-year consultant agreement with Total Education Solutions for therapeutic and special education services; the ESC PEP agreement also specifies daily per-student program rates in the appended documents. The board also authorized internship cooperation agreements with Cleveland State University and Kent State University for psychology internship placements (Resolutions 2025-59 through 2025-64). Trustees recorded the votes as 5–0 for all items.
