CDD accepts unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024

On motion by Arthur Rhodes and seconded by Michael Walsh, “the Unaudited Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024, were accepted,” according to the minutes. Staff indicated they will resend the statements to the Board for review.
The acceptance was unanimous and recorded in the minutes; no changes to the statements were indicated during the meeting and staff agreed to circulate the documents again for members' records.
