Additionally, based on recommendations from the Highway Superintendent and Town Engineer, the board approved release of the remaining balance of the performance bond from Violet Associates/Nursery Road LLC in the amount of $4,880.00. All actions were recorded as passing by votes of 5 Ayes, 0 Nays.
These routine approvals maintain continuity of refuse and towing services and close out the specified bond requirement for a local development matter.
