Owners await insurance direction after Main Street structure fire; 41 Main Street condemned and in foreclosure

He also reported that 41 Main Street "has been condemned and posted, there currently is no water or power to the property and it is in the process of foreclosure by Franklin County." The board accepted the August 2024 Code Enforcement report by unanimous vote.
Trustees did not take separate enforcement actions at the meeting beyond the report; the minutes record that officers and relevant departments are monitoring the properties and coordinating with owners and outside agencies as needed.
