GAC pilot back online; Tallman Street water, sewer repairs underway
Summary
The Water/Wastewater superintendent reported the GAC pilot system is operational and sampling is being conducted per NYS Department of Health requirements. The board was also told that half of Tallman Street water repairs are complete and sewer main and lateral work will follow.
Water/Wastewater Superintendent Mark Robillard advised the board that the GAC pilot was up and running again and that required sampling is being completed in accordance with New York State Department of Health rules.
Robillard also reported that half of the Tallman Street water repairs are complete and that crews will next complete the sewer main and associated laterals on the street. The board accepted the Water/Wastewater July 2024 report by motion; no project schedule or cost estimates were recorded in the minutes.
