The panel also heard invited testimony from several agricultural and veterinary entities, including the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board, the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts, Texas A&M Forest Service, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, the Texas Hemp Coalition, the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory and the Texas Cattle Feeders Association. The meeting was adjourned at 5:56 p.m. on a motion of the chair, without objection. No formal votes on the three bills were taken during this meeting; each item was left pending for further consideration.
