During the PB advisory board meeting William White provided a roundup of construction progress on ARPA-supported projects. He said the signage ship date was Sept. 11, with installation taking the rest of the month, and that warranty documents have been received but not yet approved because staff have not accepted the work pending full commissioning and performance.
"The signage ship date we now have is September 11," William White said, and later noted, "We still have not received the final documents. If well, we received them last week. We haven't approved them." He added that warranty periods vary component-by-component and that acceptance will follow once commissioning demonstrates proper performance.
White also reported that Metro 1's second car should be complete by the end of August and that structural concrete and steel erection at the ICB are progressing; he said the program remains on track for a July 1, 2027 substantial completion for a major scope of work. The board moved to receive the PB advisory report by voice vote and adjourned the meeting.
