Gallup council approves two well-construction awards totaling multi‑million-dollar funding packages

Boone stated the total cost for POD Wells 8 and 13 was $3,271,829.83.
Boone also recommended award of ITB-2612 (Well Equipping) to Hydro Resources—Rocky Mountain, Inc., funded from the Water Trust Board; the council approved that award as well. Council discussion referenced construction cost escalation, electrical and chlorination scopes and per-unit estimates for well houses. No dissenting votes were recorded.
