Under grant updates, staff reported that the additional pictures requested by OGALS to complete processing of the final Per Capita grant payment have been submitted. Separately, all grant documentation for a floating beach wheelchair has been submitted to Orange County Coastkeeper and the district is awaiting payment.
The committee also recorded that a CAPRI Insurance site visit originally scheduled for Feb. 6, 2025 was postponed because of a rain event that caused flooding and road closures; staff will propose a new date. In facility maintenance, signs have reduced dog-waste incidents on tennis courts and the district will contact a contractor to review the courts' condition.
