The agenda and the Jan. 9, 2025 minutes were noted; the meeting began without a quorum, and Steve Baxman later arrived and then left early because of a rain event.
Staff provided a series of operational updates across parks and district facilities and flagged several items for further consideration at upcoming board meetings. The committee adjourned at 9:26 a.m.; the next Facilities and Safety Committee meeting is scheduled for March 5, 2025, and several items were slated for the Feb. 10, 2025 board meeting for fuller board consideration.
