Board approves template drainage easement from PSGRC to RRCDD; staff to provide sketches for each instance

District counsel presented a template Grant of Easement for drainage from the PSGRC to the River Ridge CDD. The Board approved using the template repeatedly with specific sketches and legal descriptions provided each time; two additional easements are being prepared for Seaside II and the golf course area.
District Counsel Tony Pires presented a drafted template for a Grant of Easement allowing PSGRC to grant drainage easements to the River Ridge CDD. Staff and counsel discussed whether each use would need a specific sketch and legal description; the consensus was the template can be reused and that a sketch and legal description will be added each time it is added to an agenda.
District Engineer Charlie Krebs said he is preparing two additional drainage easements (one for Seaside II and one for the golf course area) and will forward them to counsel when completed. Resident Mike Rainstin said to date no work had commenced; staff said the area must dry before construction can start. On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, the Board approved the Proposed Grant of Easement for Drainage from PSGRC to RRCDD.
