Board ratifies emergency street sweeping after storm; one-time payment $1,475

Chair Bob Schultz reported that Precision Cleaning, Inc. performed eight passes through the district to remove storm debris and presented a proposal for street sweeping for storm cleanup. Operations Manager Shane Willis said the vendor completed eight loads and eight passes.
On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Mountford, the Board approved a one-time payment of $1,475 and authorized staff to add additional week-to-week cleanings for the next month if necessary. Mr. Long will evaluate ongoing needs and advise staff weekly.
