District engineer outlines sidewalk and line-of-sight repairs; homeowners to be notified of driveway responsibilities

Krebs also explained he is preparing a draft memorandum to inform certain homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their driveways as part of the project notification process; the memo will be sent to Mrs. Adams and Mr. Schultz for review prior to mailing.
No vote or funding decision was made during the meeting; the Board is awaiting contractor quotes and a formal work authorization.
