Board approves Bowman proposal to replace Pelican Sound monuments and master signage

On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, the Board approved the Bowman Consulting Group proposal. District Engineer Charlie Krebs noted that some monuments will be relocated and that Southern Hills monument placement needs adjustment; staff will provide neighborhoods with designs when appropriate.
