The Board discussed zoning, elevation certificates and permitting timelines; Mr. Krebs said a new elevation certificate likely will be needed. The Board authorized Bowman to retain RG Architects as a subconsultant under Bowman terms and authorized the Chair to execute documents after counsel and manager review. The Board agreed to book the $62,500 design cost as a reimbursable deferred expense to be invoiced when financing is issued and to proceed with design coordination and liaison reporting.
