Board accepts unaudited Oct. 31 financials; Series 2022A note to be closed

Mrs. Adams presented the unaudited financial statements as of Oct. 31, 2024 and informed the board that the Series 2022A note will be closed and funds applied to prepay outstanding bond debt. The statement was accepted by the board as presented for informational purposes.
Board member Kurt Blumenthal asked why the Oct. 1 annual insurance payment was not listed in the check register. Mrs. Adams said she would investigate and report her findings back to Mr. Blumenthal at a later date.
