The River Ridge Community Development District adopted its fiscal year 2024–25 budget on Aug. 27, 2024, following a public hearing and an amendment to correct errors in the posted agenda. District Manager Mr. Adams told the board that "the Fiscal Year 2025 budget in the agenda is not correct," and staff made changes before the vote.
On a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, the Board adopted Resolution 2024-07 relating to annual appropriations and authorizing budget amendments for the year beginning Oct. 1, 2024 and ending Sept. 30, 2025. Mrs. Adams opened and closed the public hearing; "No affected property owners or members of the public spoke," the record shows.
Board members noted a corrected description for "Street sweeping" and endorsed the amended budget as presented. The adoption authorizes staff to implement the plan and make ministerial budget amendments as needed.
