The Bennet City Council voted to enter closed session at 7:30 PM to receive legal advice related to threatening or pending litigation. Dan Zieg moved and Josh Buck seconded the motion; the roll call vote was YES: Buck, Schmidt, Simmons, Zieg. The council returned to open session at 8:12 PM.
After returning to open session the council had no further business and voted to adjourn at 8:14 PM (motion by Dan Zieg, seconded by Pete Simmons). The meeting minutes were signed by City Clerk Sue Biltoft and Mayor Ryan Cheney.
