The King & Queen County Planning Commission approved the June 2, 2026 minutes after a motion by Commissioner Michael Fleming and a second from William Thomas. Voting in favor were Mac Bradley, Hunter Richardson, Resa Wilson, Michael Fleming, and William Thomas; Robert Coleman Jr. abstained.
Chairman Hunter Richardson opened and closed the citizens comment period with no speakers. The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn by William Thomas, seconded by Robert Coleman Jr.; the motion was ratified by all present members stating "Aye." The Commission noted its next regular meeting will be Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, at 6 p.m.
