After discussion of contract requirements, Dan Zieg moved to award the bid to Sterup Construction LLC pending provision of engineered drawings; Jesse Schmidt seconded. The roll call vote was YES: Schmidt, Simmons, Zieg, Buck; the motion carried.
Council members noted the need for finalized contract language and engineering drawings before signing. The award is conditional; the contract will not be finalized until the requested engineering documentation is provided and reviewed by staff and counsel.
