• Final Plat of Northern Reach. Conditions include regional stormwater pond, trail/conservancy easements, dedication of a northwest corner for a future park with 20‑foot access, sanitary/stormwater easements per Village Engineering, Glendale Avenue frontage lots changed to outlots, CBU approval by Village Engineering, and coordinated road names. Motion by Randy Smith; second Ellery Gulbrand.
• Vacate portion of Security Boulevard for T‑Wall Development while retaining required utility easements. Motion by Dan Kussow; second Mike Soletski.
• Approval of the agenda and May 11, 2026 meeting minutes. The meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
