Council places Plaza Luna Lofts sewer-easement modification on next agenda after executive session
Summary
After an executive session pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H), the Board directed staff to place an item concerning a proposed modification of a lease with School of Dreams Academy (to address easements, water rights and impacts related to Plaza Luna Lofts Apartments) on the next regular meeting agenda.
Following an executive session held under NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H), Mayor Charles Griego reported that the Council discussed entering into an agreement to modify the existing lease with School of Dreams Academy to address sewer easements, water rights and impacts related to the Plaza Luna Lofts Apartments.
Councilor Gino Romero moved and Councilor Matthew Chavez seconded a motion to place the matter on the next regular meeting agenda for formal consideration; the motion passed 3-0. No final agreement was signed at the May 21 meeting and the minutes state the item will return for Council consideration at a future meeting.
