Administrators and trustees discussed whether pole height, additional poles, or property work would be required; administration agreed to check with facilities and bring recommended policy language back at the September meeting.
Board members noted Pennsylvania law currently requires the POW/MIA flag at state properties and that recent state legislation (bill 835) had passed the Senate and was pending in the House. Trustees asked staff to confirm whether adopting policy now would impose any costs and to return with implementation steps if the board decides to proceed.
