Fort Lee awards Boswell Engineering contracts for Summit, Ellery and Inwood Terrace projects

On Jan. 15 the Mayor & Council authorized three professional-service contracts to Boswell Engineering for local infrastructure and park work. The contracts, each described in resolutions CA-8, CA-9 and CA-10, cover preparation of construction plans, specifications and construction inspection for Summit Avenue ($22,600), Ellery Avenue ($23,550) and Inwood Terrace Park ($99,200).
The minutes state each award was made pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and through Boswell's previously awarded "fair and open" appointment as borough engineer (Resolution R-11, Jan.2,2025). The Chief Financial Officer certified sufficient funds in account 6-01-20-1652-216 for each contract. The council approved the contracts on the consent agenda.
