During the public forum, representatives of Ollie’s Diner asked to close Lincoln Street for a few hours on the 21st and the Village Pub requested a closure on the 28th to support business events. The board recorded the requests but did not make a formal decision on closures during this meeting.
Separately, the treasurer’s report noted that Coy’s Fire Equipment had already been paid and that Ollie’s Diner requested the village pay the D&D Sewer bill. JR Glenn is working on a new lease for Ollie’s Diner; board members did not approve a lease or a payment during the Sept. 11 session and deferred further action to future meetings.
