The Montecito Sanitary District Governing Board voted Feb. 11, 2026, to adopt a District Mission and the District's 2026–28 Strategic Priorities as they appear in the board packet. The motion was made by Director Rockenbach and seconded by Director Ohlmann and passed unanimously.
"ON MOTION by Director Rockenbach, Seconded by Director Ohlmann, the Board voted to adopt the District Mission and 2026-28 Strategic Priorities in the order they appear in the Board Packet." The minutes record AYES from Directors Barrett, Johnson, Newquist, Ohlmann and Rockenbach and no opposing votes.
