Roxbury committee advances building-use and rental policy drafts; discusses alcohol rules

Tom Frazier argued alcohol should not be allowed under any circumstances even if the town rental agreement required insurance; current town policy allows alcohol if specified insurance is obtained. Heather will distribute the draft rental agreement and facility-use policy for committee review and set a deadline for proposed edits.
