The board approved a facilities use application with the City of Monterey Park to reserve George Elder Park for Macy Intermediate School's 8th grade pool party at no cost to the district. The board also ratified a facility use agreement with the Los Angeles County Registrar‑Recorder/County Clerk to use the Cafetorium at Montebello Gardens Elementary School as a vote center for the June 2, 2026 statewide primary election; that agreement is effective Feb. 24–Nov. 9, 2026.
