Administrator Marina McTaggart told the committee she is amending the Facilities Rules and Regulations to clarify what is allowed under rentals and to specify circumstances when a security deposit will be forfeited following several unforeseen issues with a November renter.
The committee renewed the Empowerment Center use agreement for an additional year; McTaggart said the Center is expected to move to Guerneville in late 2025 or early 2026. She will meet with the Lightwave Café tenants (Ori and Gal) to discuss recommended lease revisions and will report back at the February meeting.
