Commissioners approve Dunlap Creek repair, Bridge 182 bid package and two rezones

On zoning matters, the board approved RZ 26‑03 (Dora Neel Yakubic and others) changing property in Luzerne Township from R‑1 Moderate Density Residential to A‑1 Agricultural‑Rural and RZ 26‑04 (Owen & Carrie Palonder) changing property in Jefferson Township from R‑1 Moderate Density Residential to B‑1 General Business. All motions passed unanimously.
