Fayette County commissioners on Thursday approved a resolution to appoint Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Inc. as managing underwriter/placement agent and Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as bond counsel to refinance roughly $11,090,000 of the county's outstanding debt obligations.
The same meeting recorded multiple reappointments to boards, including the Hotel Tax Grant Board and the Redevelopment Authority, with terms and expiration dates noted in the minutes. The board also ratified numerous intradepartmental budget transfers across general ledger accounts as listed in the meeting record.
