Commissioners also approved Human Services Development Fund contracts for multiple local providers with specified maximum reimbursements and voted to provide Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation (FACT) the local match of $336,060 required under 74 Pa. C.S. §1513 for FY2026‑27.
Commissioner Kaufman moved the motions, Commissioner Vicites seconded them, and votes were unanimous. The minutes state the contracts are reimbursed for actual allowable costs and only for eligible contracted services provided.
