The board also approved a Statement of Work with Computer Aid, Inc. for fiscal consulting at $118 per hour, not to exceed $200,600, with travel billed separately and subject to written authorization by the Children & Youth Services (CYS) administrator.
Commissioner Harry Dutch Kaufman made the motion and Commissioner Vince Vicites seconded it; all three commissioners voted yes. Recorder minutes show the Computer Aid engagement is limited to up to 1,700 hours under the not‑to‑exceed cap.
The board separately approved CYS placement and mentoring service rates, specifying initial clothing at $250, foster care at $78 per day and a six‑month Creating Foundations mentoring package billed at $400 per month for a $2,400 total.
