But you explained it's … 0.25 on a $100 bill. That's what you have to explain to people,” Parker said.
Parker also asked about an Aug. 2 petition concerning the county’s flock systems, asking whether the board would respond to questions raised by the petitioners. The county manager took the comment under advisement; no further public speakers addressed the petition at the hearing.
