Maine Board of Accountancy approves multiple CPA licenses, preliminarily denies others

The Maine Board of Accountancy voted to grant individual CPA licenses to Dwayne Bradford (CP10879) and Ethan Wetmore (CP12290) during its Nov. 25, 2025 meeting. Thomas Cyr moved to approve Bradford's application and Lannie Moffatt seconded; the motion passed 5‑0. A separate 5‑0 vote approved Wetmore's application after board review of application materials.
The board also took action on other initial applications. The board preliminarily denied Lucy Youman (CP12013) and Haotong Zhang (CP12225) with the option for each applicant to withdraw; both motions passed 5‑0. The board tabled the application of Hamd Yousef Hamad, Sr. (CP12240) and instructed staff to obtain additional information before further consideration, following a 5‑0 vote.
