Morgan Hill Unified superintendent Carmen García marks National Bilingual and Multilingual Learner Advocacy Month

Dr. Carmen García, superintendent of the Morgan Hill Unified School District, said the district is observing National Bilingual and Multilingual Learner Advocacy Month and highlighted its bilingual immersion programs as a district priority.
