Council approves citywide pedestrian safety design agreement with RH2 (Resolution 2026-13)

At its March 3 meeting the East Wenatchee City Council unanimously approved Resolution 2026-13, authorizing a design agreement between the city and RH2 Engineering for Citywide Pedestrian Safety Improvements (City Project No. 2026-01). Engineering Technician Mak Albert presented the Transportation Improvements Board Complete the Streets 2026 design agreement; Councilmember Harrison provided comment prior to the motion.
"Motion by Councilmember Johnson to approve Resolution 2026-13, authorizing Mayor Crawford to execute an agreement between the City of East Wenatchee and RH2 Engineering, Project as presented in Exhibit 1, for the design of the Citywide Pedestrian Safety Improvements; City Project No. 2026-01," was moved and seconded by Councilmember Harrison; the motion passed unanimously. The approval allows staff to proceed with the vendor agreement for design services under the referenced project number.
