The East Wenatchee City Council on March 3 voted unanimously to authorize Mayor Jerrilea Crawford to sign an interlocal agreement to participate in a multijurisdictional municipal Stormwater Permit Required Effectiveness Study. Engineering Technician Mak Albert presented Resolution 2026-12 describing the agreement among East Wenatchee, Douglas County, Chelan County and the City of Wenatchee.
Councilmembers Harrison and Arnold asked questions and provided comments before Councilmember Stimmel moved to approve the resolution; Councilmember Johnson seconded the motion and the council recorded a unanimous vote. The minutes identify the agreement as Exhibit 1; the council authorized the mayor to execute that interlocal agreement on behalf of the city.
