The bills report (SEG 005–007) listed line items across departments and vendors and showed a report total of $308,438.32. The consent motion also authorized a recurring Wednesday closure of 11th Street from the F Avenue intersection north to the driveway of 503 11th Street for American Lutheran Church events every Wednesday from Sept. 10, 2025, through April 29, 2026, from 5:00–7:30 p.m., and approved Crystal Davis, owner of South Porch Cider (625 G Avenue), to block two parking spots in front of the business for food-truck vendors on Aug. 16 and Aug. 17 and Sept. 7 and Sept. 14, 2025, from 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
