Christopher Bartlett (Master) was credited with 4,000 work hours and 576 course hours toward a master license but was required to complete the 45‑hour NEC course and given the option to withdraw his application. Separately, the board waived the requirement for Donald Levesque to take the Journeyman examination, noting he currently holds a State of Maine Master license, previously held a Journeyman license, and seeks a JY license to reciprocate to another state; that motion also carried 4–0.
