The property was sold in January 2025 and the gap in recording was identified; the resolution completes the recording of that earlier transaction. Kuester moved and Mcdonald seconded the resolution; motion carried four ayes.
The action was procedural and intended to clear title records; the council did not discuss changes to property ownership, compensation or legal dispute at the meeting.
