Mayor/Chair (S1) replied the additional work was likely to install extra curbing and an added binder section where DPW turns around and agreed to have the village engineer confirm and supply supporting documentation. The trustee asked the board to be "a little more thorough moving forward with all change orders in any projects," citing prior instances that lacked documentation.
The board approved the warrant after the clarification pledge and closed that item without further amendment.
