At the June 4 meeting the board voted to continue Docket #25‑11 (39 Wall Street) to the August 6, 2026 meeting with no further notice so the applicant could provide revised architectural and engineering drawings addressing variances and stormwater solutions. The board noted there were only five members present and the applicant waived the right to wait for a full seven‑member board.
Chairman Philip Alberta announced the new hearing date to the public. With no further business before the board, a motion to close the meeting was made and seconded; all members present voted aye and the meeting was adjourned at 8:22 p.m. Minutes were prepared by Board Secretary William Justis.
