Staff noted a public improvement plan had been approved in May and executed by City Council in October and recommended approval of the final plat.
Neighbors asked about proximity and drainage toward the Hope Valley Tree Farm. Staff and engineers said the section's drainage flows to an open-space area and the master pond and committed to on-site coordination and notification when future preliminary and final plats are scheduled. A commissioner moved to approve the final plat and the motion passed on roll call.
