Phil Johnson presented multiple facilities items to the board. Resolution #189-26 authorized Stage 5, LLC d/b/a City Wide Facility Solutions NW Ohio to remove and replace two awnings, including new lettering, at the county building at 514 South Main Street in Findlay for $6,200; the Downtown Findlay Improvement District requested the work and the resolution passed 3-0.
Phil also presented a cleaning-services contract with Stage 5 for the occupied areas of 401 Olive Street covering April through June at $1,625 per month (Resolution #191-26), which the board approved. Adam Miller presented additional quotes for light-pole reinstallation at JFS ($7,800) and generator maintenance from Ohio CAT ($5,828); the commissioners approved moving forward and directed Phil Johnson to prepare resolutions for those items. Pleasant View Lawn Care quotes for mowing/fertilizing county properties were also approved for follow-up action.
