Pam Schultz testified during the Board of Adjustment public hearing that noise and vibration from D and B Processing reach inside her home and disrupt daily life despite the company's sound wall and other measures.
Schultz identified the date and time of one submitted video as "06/05/2026 at 01:12" and said her family has "had to endure loud noises, banging, etcetera, coming into our properties and homes." She told the board, "Their noise is coming inside our homes even after that 8 foot concrete wall was put up," and said the family has hundreds of video clips documenting the noise.
Staff also read two letters from neighbors into the record describing ongoing objectionable noise and vibration. Schultz said neighbors had tried informal outreach before filing complaints and asked the board to uphold enforcement to preserve the quiet of their residential properties.
