Steger board approves three new business licenses, including classic-car restoration shop

Trustee Perchinski moved to approve a new business license for Liscore Cycle at 3722 Union Ave., pending inspections; Trustee Thurmond seconded and the motion passed by voice vote. Perchinski then moved to approve a license for Smili Foot Spa at 22 E. 33rd Place, pending inspections; Trustee Stewart seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
Lanard Allen introduced himself as the owner of Nardos Auto Sales and Service and described plans to bring classic cars to Steger for restoration and resale. "Trustee Perchinski made a motion to approve a new business license for Nardos Auto Sales and Service at 3620 Union Ave. pending inspections," the minutes record; Trustee Thurmond seconded and the board approved by voice vote.
All three approvals were recorded as contingent on passing required inspections before operations begin. No objections or conditions beyond pending inspections were recorded in the minutes.
