Board members and engineers discussed schedule, site footprint and coordination — especially because the park and youth programs rely on the pavilion and restrooms during the spring and summer. Presenters said the modular tanks can be factory‑assembled and rapidly installed, but careful contract language and a construction coordination plan will be needed to limit disruption. The town agreed to continue working on the draft MOU and to coordinate sequencing so the lodge can open while protecting public use of park facilities.
