Residents push back on Parker Avenue bike-lane plan, citing parking, aesthetics and enforcement

Commenters asked for clearer enrollment of enforcement plans (whether police will issue tickets at drop-off locations) and proposed compromises such as restricted-hour lanes and targeted walk-your-bike zones near the high school.
